I had a kitchen sink drain put in in July. Now it is rusting and they told me I will have to pay to have it replaced. She told me there no guarantee. Absolutely ridiculous. Please don't use them. Im a widow and work for st. Johns schools . It isn't that a nice drain. Something everyone would want. 4 months. This is why local business owners lose business.

Our copper piping under our slab got a large hole in it. We had to shut our water off. Dan recommended that we replumb the whole house as it was all old copper plumbing. He came by the day he was called to look at it. Then his son Danny came the next day to do the estimate. We got scheduled for early the next week. We were on vacation for most of the repair and they finished the day we got home. They cut straight where they had to cut the drywall and cleaned up all the plaster dust. It will be easier for the drywaller due to his diligence. Thank you Dan, Danny and your team!!

I needed to have a toilet reseated - it had become loose at the base. Based on this company’s excellent reviews, I called Dan’s Plumbing. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Ms Ellie could not have been more helpful. She was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. My plumber John arrived on time and was able to reseat the toilet quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and just a nice personable guy. The total cost was very reasonable and I am extremely happy with their service. I will definitely contact Dan’s Plumbing again for any future issues.
