If I could give 100 stars I would! Listen closely, this shop DOES NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS! Gates open at 7am (be there earlier) and it’s first come first serve. The pricing is more than fair, very competitive. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been going to see Jimmy for over 20 years and have never had a problem. I took my 92 Chevy 1500 today to have defroster worked on. When Jimmy got there he told me he couldn’t work on it because they didn’t work on anything under 1996 because it’s extremely hard to get parts for them. He wasn’t rude at all and I understood why. I’ve seen a few people giving Dans a bad review if they couldn’t work on their vehicle. If they can work on it they will, if not then there is a reason why. And it was my fault because I never called to ask about it first. Don’t be giving businesses bad reviews on something that is your fault or just because they can’t work on it.

In my opinion, Arrogant guy. Didn't even wana look at my car, after he told me he would diagnose it.. he comes and ask did someone work on ya car? I said yea they jus put a compressor on... Then says I don't work on previously wrkd on vehicles, which sound ridiculous becuz isn't that what shops do? 🤦🏿‍♂️ hell, all vehicles have been worked on before. Dishonest, no integrity & he overtalks you, won't even let you finish your sentence so he can know the issue.. Doesn't even care to explain process so you can understand. Diagnosis is 25$ hr csn find problem, knowing damn well he gon com back & say well we gotta charge you agsin to do a vacuum & recharge which is at least 400$. Complete, Waste of time

Fast and incredible service and very reasonable pricing. This is one of those few great and honest companies in Jacksonville.
