The agency and staff are superb!! I have been a customer with them for over 15 years and have always received the best in customer service and fair pricing. Not only do they go the extra mile to handle my claims, they return my calls and ensure that I am getting the best rate for my policies. I have all of my insurance with this agent/agency! Staff does a great job! I have read some of the negative reviews and from my experience this is not the normal operation. I have several family members and friends that have their insurance at this agency and all are very pleased with the service. In insurance, as with all large companies, there are many different levels. The agency is just your point of contact. Mistakes can happen at the agency, but my experience has shown it happens more often at the regional office. The staff of the agency fights for the policy owners to help them get the right insurance for their needs. They are also the ones who review your policies and make suggestions to lower your cost. I would suggest making an appointment and have your policies reviewed to make sure you are paying the least amount for the coverages you need. As life goes on, your needs change.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent office than this one. We have been dealing with this office for two months to get personal matters taken care of and names switched on policies and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. We have received NUMEROUS conflicting statements and no one can tell us why, we have received NO information about our policy, we have had nothing but issues. We requested it be sent to our current agent who after 15 years I have had ZERO issues with and this office can’t even seem to figure out how to complete any task. I cannot even begin to imagine the lack of customer service their current customers receive. I can almost guarantee that the 5 star ratings are spouses and family members who want to give this office a good name. If you’re looking for a group who could care less if you as the PAYING CUSTOMER know what is going on then this is the office for you.

Office is amazing! Deploying soon and they have been genuine and sincere about all the options and policy changes to ensure my home and car will be taken care of. They work great with the military and are very appreciative for the sacrifice of all veterans prior and currently serving. Thanks again for all of your help!
