From the moment we connected with Danielle, following a search for ‘best real estate agent St Augustine’, we had a super experience. Our property was relatively unique, a nice but relatively modest home about a 15-20min walk from the beach, but with one of St Augustine Beach’s limited, short-term rental license. Danielle immediately knew how valuable this could be to the right buyer. She quickly set out a strategy for how to market the home to a targeted set of potential investors and also gave us great advice about how to ready it, but not over-spend, before listing. We were doing this from far away, and we really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Danielle, her responsiveness, and the connections she shared with some very skilled and responsive folks did some work on the house. In the end, Danielle’s strategy was sound, and more importantly, she knew how and worked hard to execute it. The home sold very quickly and for a very good price - right on target.
