Danielle Fraser is an incredible real estate agent. Her goal was to find us the perfect home, and she very patiently worked with us for almost a year until that happened. She always was a wealth of information on any listing or community and was happy to do showings with us by Zoom. We spent several fun days together touring homes, with Danielle always prepared with much information on each that we visited. Once under contract, she used her network of contractors to help us get what we needed quickly and easily. Danielle is terrific! As sellers, we wanted consistent , clear, and honest intel and feedback on our property for sale. Danielle provided thrice weekly updates on evolving market conditions, buyer feedback, pricing, and all required steps to make closing (in our home no less) an absolute breeze. In short, it’s like we handed her the keys to our condo, let her do her thing, and voila, 30 Days later, it was sold. Very impressive. Best of all, Danielle is such a nice lady. Buying a house in another state can be nerve-wracking, to say the least. But Danielle was more than just a realtor. She was a constant support, always there for us.
