Google reviews is actually how I found Copeland Law. I reside in Ohio and needed help with a custody "battle" in Jacksonville. Copeland was one of 3 attorney offices I reached out to based on the reviews. The other 2 offices had decent reviews but when I called I felt like a number to them and was unable to speak with someone other than a secretary without setting an appointment (I understand lawyers are busy). When I called the Copeland office I was immediately transferred to Dan. I explained my situation to him and he walked me through the process in plain English so I could understand what to expect, never over promising unrealistic potential outcomes. I was fully aware of what I was getting myself in to. From what everyone thinks and hears I wasn't sure a dad had a stone throws chance at winning custody case..... After we agreed on terms, Dan attacked the case at full speed. Keeping me in loop as much as needed so I wouldn't worry. I spoke numerous times with Dan and Ashley and always felt like I was high priority. Dan even showed me some of the correspondences between his office and my Ex's attorney.
