Only consider residential treatment for your child here if you want minimum support and your child to be worse off. I think if they replaced the director, they would improve their program drastically. The staff is not the issue. The director Kaci is what makes this place an utter disaster.

I refuse to let someone who doesn’t know a thing about my daughter or I to judge us from pass trauma making it seem as if you care or been through it when I know in my gut you don’t relate y’all just want them insurance money and to try to break up what we have… I AM HERE TO TELL YOU IT WILL NOT WORK WE TRIUMPHANT OVER ALL OBSTACLES . Btw Conflict of entrance helps Build healthy relationships. My daughter and I Will together continue to make OUTSTANDING progress now and in the near future we our 1 of a kind and a big deal…. Update 2hours later I talk to the lady and now we meet every two to 3weeks at the library for a case action plan so I’ll give 3 star for now and see how things move forward on a positive note I will keep this updated as this is a on going situation here…..
This has got to be one of the absolute worst facilities I’ve ever experienced there staff never literally never answers the phones. I’ve been assigned a case worker by the name of Sarah and she hasn’t done anything to actually help me she just brought me a book bag and transported me to Court. I’ve been trying to reach her since early day yesterday and I’ve recieved no answer back I’ve asked her multiple times to get my passes sorted out so I can be able to get things done and she has yet . id love to be assigned a new case worker !!!!!
I am very aware of how things work here. My daughter had very severe issues and it took almost 6 months to get things going in the right direction. I went through 4 psychiatrist, 4 case managers, I also had to really be over and above involved so my child would get the right consistency and frequent help. 75% of the service here is gearing towards helping stabilize your child under Daniels rules and Daniels way, not to always stabilize them and prepare them for the home front unless you the parent are 100% involved. Daniels needs to do better with connecting with families and being consistent with more communication because our children are important and we as parents leave our children and THEIR MINDS in your hands, trust is a big deal and that's something Daniels has to work on when it comes to this service.
My case worker left a voicemail at a medical facility I attend and let everyone know that I am being sued for custody of my child. Her supervisor refuses to call me back. She reads my text messages and trashes me in front of my children. Despite my issues and complaints I am basically dismissed, and now being ignored. These are the most unprofessional people I've ever seen. .
