When I hired D J and P cleaning services, I didn’t know what to expect. But Denishia was very kind and quick to response and gave me an affordable price that I couldn’t passed it. So after checking with other cleaning companies, I decided to go with D J and P cleaning services and was very happy I did. They came on the same day that I was told that they’ll come. She took pictures before and after for me, since I’m out of state owner, and was very kind and polite on the phone each time we talked. She even went beyond her duty and sent me some pictures of an unfinished job that my Hany man guy did and it was not completed. I was very glad that I could see thanks to her the condition of my home after he finished his work, and now I have a better picture how he left it, thanks to her. I would definitely recommend D J and P to any body who looking for a great job in cleaning, responsive company and affordable price that will back up with action what they said. No hidden fees or extra charges after the job, as some companies good to do. They very thorough and timely and I’ll be happy to use their services again in the future if needed. I can’t thank them enough for being so prompt and delivered great results after so many other companies had much higher charges and extra fees that they’ll not disclose to you upfront. If you looking for integrity, responsive and good cleaning company, D J and P cleaning services is your best one to go for! You’ll not be disappointed. I’ll recommend them to my management property, so they can benefit from their great work also for all their properties list!
I contacted D J & P Cleaning Service on a Friday afternoon, needing a rushed cleaning job on a house I was getting ready to show the next week. Not only did they fit me into their schedule on a SUNDAY afternoon, but they did a fantastic job. Denecia did exactly what I asked, and updated me when the job was complete. She was extremely easy to work with, professional, and did fantastic work. As a contractor that flips multiple homes a year, and manages numerous other homes in the Jacksonville area, adding a company like this to my network is extremely beneficial. There work is second to none. I will certainly use them in the future. -Taylor
Denecia is the best!!!! If I could give her 10 stars I would. Right from the start I got a good feeling from her- she is friendly and personable. She then spent several hours here taking her time and making sure everything was cleaned to perfection. If you are looking for a cleaning service, look no further. I would highly recommend D J and P cleaning to anyone looking for quality and exceptional service!
Denecia was very pleasant, professional and thorough with her work. This was the first time I have ever had someone come in and clean my house for me, being 8 months pregnant and having my 3 year old twins running around I really needed the extra help and support. She kept reassuring me that all is well and a few times had to tell me to sit down and relax that she’s got this. She cleaned from top to bottom both my bathrooms, swept mopped and vacuumed all my floors, She organized and cleaned my pantry, my closet and my daughters closet and made sure all the clutter under my bed was clean. But the biggest help she offered us was helping me get caught up on all my laundry I was so backed up on laundry and having such a large belly it was getting hard for me to bend down. She even went to a local laundry mat washed dryer and folded all my clothes for me. I highly recommend this service she can work with you and do exactly what it is you need done in your home, especially if your looking for someone who will make you feel at ease when you may have a bit of a messy unorganized house. Thank you again Miss Denecia -Kaelyn W
after just moving into a new place that didn’t seem very clean to me and with being busy trying to move and unpack I thought I could use some extra help I called around 10am and she was here same day at 2pm. She did a great job and even offered to help me unpack my belongings. Good communication and punctual professional services. Would recommend and use again!
