Cypress Village

The Front Desk is the heart and soul of Cypress Village. Michelle, Carolyn, Becca and Shelley take care of us, connecting and explaining every other function for us and our guests and families. They are always cheerful, accommodating and helpful. We interact with them daily and appreciate their dedication to Cypress Village. I must also mention Michael from Maintenance. He is always there for us, responding quickly and competently to every Maintenance Request. He makes me feel safer as much as the wonderful Security staff.

Love living here at Cypress Village. Staff kind & responsive. Campus well maintained. Great place to live. I need to acknowledge the great team of concierges — Carolyn, Shelly, Michele & Rebecca. They always have a smile & are willing to help. I also want to mention Heather in IHS who helped us set up emergency care plans. She was very helpful & knowledgeable. Juan in Maintenance is the best. He knows his stuff & works hard to resolve any problems.

Cypress village is a wonderful place! They take each and every person's needs into consideration and are constantly creating care plans for people as their needs change/evolve. They pay attention to detail and stay on top of people's needs to ensure long term success! I have the pleasure of interacting with Elizabeth Morton, director of nursing for the assisted living side (ALF) and she is truly wonderful to work with alongside Jennifer Peterson and Jessica Briand in the memory care unit of the ALF. They love the residents like they are their own and that is definitely something to take into consideration when placing yourself or your loved one into a facility.

The ladies who serve at the concierge‘s desk at Cyprus Village are amazing! They are cheerful and knowledgeable.They always have time for you. If they can’t help you, they will find someone who will. They’re thoughtful and caring. Cyprus Village is graced to have them greeting all who enter the main door. Shout out to Michelle, Carolyn, Shelly, and Becca! Grateful to Heather and Tantalaine in IHS for their hard work supplying and scheduling night time aides for my mom in assisted living. Nothing ever phases you! A big shout out to the hard working gals in Assisted Living, including Tanette, Sabrina, LaShaunaka, DeeDee, Ashley, Aneisha, Jakiyah, Britney, Ebony, and all the wonderful and caring staff who take such good care of my 91 year old Mom.
