ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! So I recently purchased a nice used Dixie Chopper from Cypress mowers. Miss Nikki, the owner was very professional and punctual with my initial visit. My mower developed a small problem with the deck belt and pulley just a day after purchase. Though frustrated I returned to the store to have it fixed. Ms Shyan at the front desk was helpful and patient with listening to my concerns. The mechanic , Dan agreed to help expedite my issue and was very patient and determined to get me back out in the field. After much time went by he had me back rolling. Mr Dans attitude was very pleasant and positive and it took a lot of pressure off the situation. I was grateful he put so much time into getting me back right. They also didn’t overcharge me for the services rendered. You’ve got a new lifetime customer. Thanks Team Cypress!

They sharpened two blades on my Honda mower and replaced my air filter. The cost was amazingly fair and did it while I waited not to mention Nikki was great to talk with on the phone and helped me unload my mower from my SUV. Service beyond belief and I highly recommend them for any small engine repairs. They also have great deals on commercial equipment and Zero turn mowers.

I needed new tires for my mower. After dropping off the old rim/tire, I received a phone call, where they told me that they could sell me the tire, but there was a much better deal online that I should take advantage of. I was blown away. Instead of just charging me, they researched for me and found me a much better price. They have earned my trust and I came back the next week to have routine maintenance done and will continue to use them.
