Cycles of Jacksonville

What an awesome experience! Today’s DGR ride hosted by Cycles of Jacksonville and our ride hosts Jason Etters and Tim Ussery was fantastic from start to finish. Riding for such an important cause, Prostate Cancer awareness and Men’s Mental Health, made it even more meaningful. The event was extremely well organized, with a warm welcome, super friendly Cycles of Jax staff and participants, and a really enjoyable ride. Huge thanks to Cycles of Jax, Jason and Tim for putting on such a great event. Highly recommend every motorcyclist to join next year’s edition!

We purchased a triumph txp 12 from cycles of Jacksonville a few months ago at a triumph demo day at north Florida mx park and the sale was great and easy but once we got it home we have had battery issues since. Its been a little headache but we dropped it off today at cycles of Jacksonville to get the battery software update and it was great experience with the service department especially having a 2 year old with me. We cruised the sales floor and the parts department and everyone made it a great day and my son got to test drive a few other models as well, (showroom only with pretend driving lol). Unfortunately we had to leave his bike to get a warranty part replaced but will be back next week. Thanks cycles of Jacksonville for making it great day and awesome experience for my son and I we appreciate you all

They were able to work with me on short notice to sell me a CBR650rac. The staff was very friendly and helpful through the whole process and they even installed a quad lock for me before I left. Great people and great bikes!

Special thanks to Big Mak!! Super happy with the staff over here at Honda. Mak made it happen with my helmet purchase (bell) above and beyond was not only able to help me put in the pin lock with new visor. Also swap out my Cardo system.
