Kelly is simply the GREATEST! Just like all the reviews mention, she's created the perfect atmosphere for clients in her private studio, she's kind, smart, funny, sweet, adorable, reliable, brings a great deal of experience to it, and is capable of doing any hair style under the sun. With her genius web application, you set your own appointment for whenever you wish, ultra convenient and super easy! Any of Kelly's loyal clients will tell you, she's just . . . magic! You'll be hooked on Cuts By Kelly, so enjoy!

It’s hard to find someone who knows what they are actually doing. I’ve had so many mediocre to poor haircuts since moving to the beach in 2000. I found Kelly on Yelp and decided to give her a try since all of the previous places I’ve tried have failed me! Excellent service with a very friendly disposition! Most importantly, I am so happy with the way my hair looks! 💇🏻♀️😊
Kelly is wonderful! She did a great job on my 3 boys and my husband's hair. Love supporting a local business that gives back to the community!
Best hair dresser in all of jax, great prices, always get my hair right. I feel like a new man every time. Small price to pay to feel like a million dollars in my humble opinion. Dont forget to donate to her sisters pet rescue. I got both of my sweet dogs from them. Great people making a difference. Customer for life
