Friday night after 8pm, late dinner. Our waitress was great, very personable and informative. Scotch Egg and Rueben rolls were amazing and highly recommended. Fish n Chips were on the greasy side, the Sheppard's Pie was mashed potatoes heavy and could have used more meat and gravy, the flavor was good. The shrimp and grits was the best dinner and highly recommended, the special chicken florentine, was good, tasty, i expected more spinach and a little thicker sauce. The side salads were less than impressive and ours came late to the table. There was a band playing and they were good but also REALLY loud. Overall, we had a good experience and would go back and try it again.
Everything we had here was absolutely delicious! Our group came here after Ironman Jacksonville, Culhane's was one of the places offering a voucher, and I am so glad because I don't think we would have found our way here otherwise. What a great spot! Three of our crew were Irish and the Irish food was perfect. Our waitress was lovely! Great ambiance, great food, friendly staff, highly recommend!
well it has many more screens and may not be quite as well lit as the average Irish pub, it makes the grade in every other way: food is good, family atmosphere, a broad array of drinks especially anything related to Ireland... even Brian the more or less Irish bartender 😎 Owned by four Irish sisters for 21 years this has been a main stay in Atlantic Beach. I was brought in by their willingness to host charitable events and I appreciate their commitment to the community!
If you love ice-cold beer… this is definitely the right place! The beer is unbelievably cold, exactly how it should be. Great service, delicious appetizers, and an awesome atmosphere. This is our second time here, and we’ll definitely be coming back often. Highly recommend!
Wow! Great fish and chips and Irish stew! And don't miss out on the delicious bread pudding done their way! Excellent service. Michelle was our waitress and she was the bomb!
