CSI Companies recently did work at a hospital here in Pennsylvania, and their conduct was extremely unprofessional and concerning. Their employees wore “CSI Go Live Support” vests, but instead of being helpful, they were often aimlessly standing around and actually interfering with emergency medical care. I personally witnessed multiple incidents in the emergency department where CSI staff were standing too close to patients registering for treatment, overhearing private medical information they had no business knowing. At one point, hospital staff had to scold CSI employees for watching patients in medical distress instead of focusing on their work. The lack of professionalism didn’t stop there. On the 11th floor cafeteria after hours, I saw a CSI employee playing video games on a computer with a headset on—completely inappropriate behavior in a hospital setting. Across the board, CSI staff struggled to follow even basic directions from hospital employees, creating more problems than solutions. Groups of them often just stood around in the way, further interfering with hospital operations. Overall, CSI Companies demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and awareness in a critical healthcare environment. I would strongly advise hospitals and other organizations to think twice before working with them.

CSI has been a great company to work for! I've been working here for the past 3 months and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful! As a contract employer, I was hesitant at first, but CSI made me feel right at home from the very start. The pay is good, the checks are weekly, and they make you feel right at home! My recruiter, John H., is always nice, professional, available and always a pleasure to work with!
Would give these guys zero stars if I can. Was contacted by Joey James and I was supposed to be presented and interview for an IT role. I gave over my resume to the recruiter and followed up regularly waiting for an interview that never came. After about 2 weeks of trying to follow up he tells me that the client had final round interviews with candidates and that he'll follow up if he has anything else come up. Perfect example of how recruiters don't advocate for people and only look out for their commission!
These people are truly awful advocates for contractors. They sold me to the prospective client as something other than what they had actually told me the position was. I showed up to the 2nd interview with the prospective client & I was asked if I actually knew that the position was different than what I was trying to sell myself on. Knowing how their profession works at these less reputable consulting agencies, their goal is to submit a stack of resumes without care regarding whether any of them are a fit. They would rather submit 100 resumes & hope 1 hits as opposed to submitting 1 excellent resume that is a fit for the the client. Given the reviews by the poor saps that actually had to work with these people, I'm lucky that it was only hours of time I wasted. As a contractor, your reputation is all you have. You don't want to acquire a reputation from a company like this when it is out of your control.
