I've worked with CSG for 5 years and highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, resourceful and responsive. Our IT solution was hardly a solution at all. Our staff were more than exasperated with frequent email failures and other maladies. CSG surveyed the structure of our network, made recommendations for new equipment and set up robust backups. It took nearly a year, but my staff eventually came to enjoy their interaction because CSG reduced and solved problems and truly became a partner in our business.
We have worked with Computer Solutions Group since 2010 and can't say enough about how pleased with are with the entire team. Everyone is competent, professional and personable. They have always provided excellent support for us and always in a timely manner. They are also more than willing to help determine the most efficient and most cost effective way to solve issues that undoubtedly arise in a business environment. SurfSide Pools has been partnering with CSG Technologies for 6 years.
