If your like me your looking up this company after almost being killed by one of their trucks and realizing they have no phone number. Its like screaming into the void. When I confronted the driver about almost killing me by crossing multiple lanes of traffic without looking he blamed me. I went into the Ford dealership where he was dropping off cars and was told these guys have been causing problems for them including crashing into their fence, and damaging vehicles but it was a third party Ford pays for. Honestly horrid people work here and I hope the rest of their life sucks. Their vehicles number was #GN949835 if you see them out on that lonely highway give them a finger just for me. Thank you.
I had a great experience. Was hesitant because of negative reviews. Pickup, drop off went smoothly, gave updates as needed and were polite and respectful of me and my property . Would absolutely use again.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have emailed and called multiple times and have yet to hear back from anyone. One of our dealerships uses their service and I honestly wish we didn't. I DO NOT recommend this company.
I see why the reviews are horrible. Truck #1802 tag FL QB25PL observed to be driving reckless on I 95 North bound. DOT will be notified as I attempted to make contact with this establishment. This drive made every attempts to run me and my elderly mother off the road with no regards.
Today, this company had a driver blocking my jobs entrance and when I asked kindly if he could move the truck to not block the entrance for our customers, that he couldn't block it. he stayed quiet and I asked him if he heard me, he replied by saying quote "I don't listen to stupid bitxhes". I was so stunned, I asked said what? And he repeated, "I don't listen to stupid bitxhes like you" to respond to the Volkswagen dealership, not his problem. Another employee heard him and immediately moved the truck. I was so shocked because I didn't come off disrespectful or rude to him. I didn't even escalate the issue because maybe he was having a bad day, but super sad the kind of staff they employ. Truck #: 1691 MC #: 1041657 Black Male, Average Height. Couldn't get his name, but I took pictures of the truck.
