I've been coming here for over a year now, having met Bree, Kayja, and Dr. Brown - the dream team. Every time I arrive they are always looking dashing, yet professional. They greet me with a smile and are so easy to converse with. Their kindness, patience, and communication is exemplary. Bree is sweet and always welcoming. Kayja is stellar, has such a fun personality, and always sanitizes the equipment before I use them (much appreciated!). Dr. Brown is so thorough, takes time to answer all questions, and is a great listener. I can't thank you guys enough. If I could make one change/addition, it would be to request your office order a pupillometer. I am a neuro-ICU nurse and frequently scan patients pupils with a legitimate pupillometer to monitor for changes and a baseline is so important. Please consider this. Thank you Bree, Kayja, and Dr. Brown!
I had my first eye exam with Dr. Brown and was very impressed. The office is state-of-the-art and beautifully designed, and the staff is incredibly attentive. My evaluation was thorough but efficient, and Dr. Brown took the time to clearly explain his concerns about my vision and walk me through all my options, both now and for the future. Overall, an excellent experience — I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Amanda Brown was wonderful to work with, and provided such sweet service. There was a wide variety of frames and sunglasses to choose from, and their entire team was very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend Crosswater Vision!
I was so fortunate to go here to have my eyes checked. Dr. Brown helped me and he gave such a thorough exam and it turned out that I have a retinal detachment. He referred me to one of the best retinal specialists in the area and I got in the very next day. He’s such a compassionate knowledgeable doctor.
Dr Jeff Brown has been our family optometrist for quite a few years now and we couldn’t be happier. He is very knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, curious, patient, incredibly friendly. Great with kids and adults. I couldn’t recommend him enough! It is really hard to find good doctors these days, at least we got this one nailed down :)
