As an interfaith wedding rabbi and officiant, I have had the privilege of celebrating weddings in many beautiful settings, and Crosswater Hall is one of those venues that immediately captures the relaxed elegance of Florida's coastal lifestyle. Situated along the Intracoastal Waterway, Crosswater Hall offers stunning waterfront views that serve as a natural backdrop for every part of the wedding day. The venue's expansive windows, outdoor terraces, and covered veranda ensure that guests remain connected to the beauty of the surrounding landscape whether they are attending a ceremony, enjoying cocktail hour, or celebrating on the dance floor. What I especially appreciate is the seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The venue feels bright, open, and welcoming, allowing couples to take full advantage of the Florida setting while still providing the comfort and flexibility of a modern event space. The result is a celebration that feels both sophisticated and effortlessly relaxed. From a ceremony standpoint, there is something timeless about gathering family and friends beside the water to witness the beginning of a new chapter. The peaceful views and natural surroundings create a sense of calm and significance that enhances the moment without overwhelming it. Crosswater Hall provides a setting where the focus remains exactly where it belongs: on the couple and the commitment they are making to one another. I also appreciate the versatility of the venue. Whether a couple envisions an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, Crosswater Hall provides a beautiful canvas that can be adapted to a wide variety of wedding styles while maintaining its distinctive waterfront character. For couples seeking a venue that combines beautiful water views, contemporary design, and the relaxed sophistication of Northeast Florida, I am delighted to recommend Crosswater Hall.
Crosswater Hall is such a beautiful venue, and we absolutely loved photographing there! The space is stunning and makes every event feel elegant and memorable. A special shoutout to Ela... she was amazing and incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. Be sure to ask for her if you book, she’s truly the best to work with!
What an absolutely beautiful place to have a wedding or special event. There are 3 different levels. The highest is the Nocatee Room, which is stunning with its high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers and its gorgeous windows overlooking a grand lawn...perfect for an outdoor ceremony. There is even an ample sized room off to the side for the bride to get ready with her Bridesmaids or for the Bride and Groom to have a quiet moment after the ceremony. The kitchen is spacious and contains all you or your caterers may need for your perfect day.
This is such a gorgeous venue! I've photographed here a few times and it's always stunning. The staff does an amazing job, the food looks and tastes gorgeous, and there are quite a few little nooks for beautiful wedding portraits. I love the landscaping on the lawn for ceremonies and the trees and bushes keep the area pretty private from non wedding guests. One of my favorite wedding venues in the area!
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and was a stunning setting for our two-night event. Unfortunately, working with the venue coordinator, Roseanna Barchak, was extremely difficult. There was a consistent lack of transparency and professionalism throughout the planning process. Multiple venue walk-throughs were cut short due to overbooked tour schedules, and items we were specifically told would be available to view—such as tables—were not provided. Additionally, despite many details being clearly discussed and finalized ahead of time, the coordinator interrupted both the bride and groom during each event night to ask questions that had already been answered. I would recommend this venue for its beauty, but I strongly caution future couples and event hosts to be diligent, ask very specific questions, and ensure everything is clearly documented in writing. EDIT: Thank you for the congratulations. While our wedding was a beautiful event, several points in your response require clarification. Our original review did not reference the cleaning fee, nor did we dispute it after discussing it with Rosanna. We accepted the charge without issue. The problem was not refusal to clean, but a serious breakdown in communication. We had a designated wedding coordinator for both nights, who was introduced to Rosanna in advance and was the appropriate contact for all logistics. Despite this, on the night of the event, cleaning expectations were communicated to a family member who was not involved in the planning process and did not speak English. Assigning responsibilities to an uninvolved guest rather than the confirmed coordinator directly caused confusion that was entirely avoidable. Our review reflects this experience with venue management. We strongly advise future couples to proceed with caution and ensure that all responsibilities and communication are clearly documented and directed only to the proper contacts. We wish Crosswater Hall continued success.
