The staff here is amazing!!! I bought my husband a Yeti lunchbox for father's day and they let me keep it there until I could get moved!!! You guys rock!! Thank you guys for helping me, I will continue to support you guys!!!
I stopped by Ace Hardware looking for help with an issue. While they weren’t ultimately able to help me with my specific problem, the experience was still excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Within seconds, I was already talking with someone about what I needed. One of the ladies even stopped what she was doing to help me, and she clearly knew her stuff. Because of the great customer service and knowledgeable staff, I’ll definitely be going back whenever I need hardware. It’s refreshing to walk into a place where people actually want to help.
This location has super nice and professional Associates! This is my go-to for key making. All keys made here work perfect! Thank you!!
Dylan is the man. I got myself into a stupid situation when I stripped 2 screws out. I went in earlier in the day and got an extraction kit. Got home and went to work only to be defeated again by these screws. Took my problem back to Dylan, he pulled out a drill set with bits and got to work. He quite literally drilled out the screws in the middle of the store AND refunded the extraction kit. This guy gives a shit and there should be more people like him. Thank you again Dylan and Ace as a whole.
New hidden gem of a hardware store here on the Baymeadows Southside corner. Perfect for quick Saturday errand. Eve helped me and she’s exactly what you are looking for when you walk in with no clue where to look. Coming back and trying online pickup with coops. A++
