Went to multiple store locations and was welcomed w/extreme professionalism however, no store had my device. Finally was directed to Bill and Elaine Cronins location in Nocatee and was met with Mike the Stihl technician at this location. Not only was he overwhelmingly pleasant but made internal manual adjustments to not only meet but exceed the standard customer service support. While waiting I was met by the direct owners wife who was genuine and fully transparent and was grateful for my alliance however, I was the one to end up be grateful. This store is beyond measure the example of what I believe a local, private sector business should immulate. Thank you team for everything!!!!
After purchasing the wrong light bulbs at 2 other Ace Hardware Stores around Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra, and the Beachwalk Lowes store as well, I finally was able to get the best customer service from tall Mike at Cronin Ace Hardware on Highway 1. He took the time to investigate what I truly needed and my street light is fixed. Cant recommend Mike to help enough. Customer service these days comes at a premium, but Mike delivers with a smile. If you want the right product the first time, dont waste your time or money going anywhere else. Vanessa McClintock Del Webb
I came to this location as Kyle from a different store called ahead to make sure a specific item was here. Sure enough it was sitting behind the front desk counter when I wallked in. Billy helped me register the item at a kiosk for the warranty. I did not walk the entire store as what I needed was up front waiting for me. All in all Ace has a great team of people, just as clean & organised as I figured it would be.
Had a great experience .if you want customer service & product knowledge this is your store. Mike helped me purchase the right Stihl products for my yard. Alysa was also helpful.
Medium sized Ace Hardware. Well maintained and well stocked. Staff was attentive. Large outside yard and garden area. Only reason for 4 stars is that Ace’s prices are consistently higher than the big box stores. You really only go to Ace for convenience.
