I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Thor and her entire office. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect. Every member of the staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they consistently make you feel like you are truly cared for rather than just another patient. Dr. Thor is exceptional. She takes the time to listen, asks thoughtful questions, and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. What I appreciate most is her commitment to getting to the root of an issue rather than simply treating the symptoms. She consistently goes above and beyond to investigate concerns, explain things clearly, and make sure I feel heard and confident in the plan moving forward. It is increasingly rare to find a medical practice where you feel this level of personal attention and genuine compassion. I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Thor overseeing my care and would wholeheartedly recommend her and her entire team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate physician and an outstanding office experience.
Liz was personable, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate us and demonstrated genuine concern for both my health and my husband's well-being. She answered our questions thoroughly, made us feel heard, and provided exceptional, compassionate care. We truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness.
Liz is my primary care and I ALWAYS get top notch service! She listens to my concerns, explains everything as she goes along and always comes up with a good plan to fix me! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her! She’s just that good! The nursing staff is also excellent, very professional and polite and the reception staff are equally kind and considerate. All around the best in St. Augustine. The use of the patient portal is a really good way to drop a quick message and get a timely response.

I have been a patient of Dr. Long for several years, and in my opinion he is the best doctor in St. Augustine. He is consistently punctual and respectful of my time; if my appointment is scheduled for 11:00, I am usually seen within 10 minutes, which is almost unheard of with many other doctors. His office runs smoothly and everyone I have interacted with has been courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Long to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional physician.
