We went from nervous to get in to proud we're a customer very quickly. 198k done on the first deal. What a huge confidence builder. Their back end lender database made that happen. We found a PE lender to place with that we didn't otherise know about. Their backend support is invaluable. We have three more in process worth about another 300k. If you're gonna invest in lead gen you should seriously consider.

Do NOT use them. The leads are bad. The people I was able to get in contact with were confused as to what I was calling in reference to because most of the deals they posted were closed years ago. I spoke with one "borrower" hours after getting this lead who had switch entire industries. Most of the people I spoke with were furious I called them because the same deal had been sold and resold countless times. Their refund policy is not real. I put in a refund request, and they never responded, and I waited for a month. I was lied to about the quality and quantity of their leads. They said that they average 3,000 posted leads a month and that the average deal size was $3M. Their actual posted leads are closer to 20/month, and the average deal size is about $100k. I check every day, and there are almost no leads to speak of. Do NOT use this group.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Our rep promised us a certain amount of leads and promised that if we could not close a deal, that we would get our money back. Two things: (1) Our sales rep, Steve, ghosted us. We cannot get a hold of him or anyone at the company for well over 1 year; (2) They post maybe 10 leads per week that are essentially gone if you are not logged on at the exact time that they post them. Our rep mislead us, and the company is now unreachable.

Scam - stay away. Took 2500 bucks from me and provided nothing of any value. Their leads are for 250-300 k properties. Don’t believe the hype of their emails. I did. Enough said.
