The technician (Doug) was very polite and respectful. He should up on time introduced himself and took pictures to document the job. He went through the pictures with me and discussed what was done, he also gave me other options in case I wanted to add additional items like UV light and filtration. He was very informative .

I called for an appointment yesterday evening, after-hours, and was given an appointment for the following morning. Nick and Robert arrived at the early end of the appointment range, which I appreciated since my central AC kept leaking a good bit during the last 3 days. They are great guys. Personable and professional. I actually enjoyed the service. Learned a lot from them as they moved along installing my new smart-thermometer and locating the cause of the AC leak. They gave the once over to both my central ACs and the already existing smart-thermometer. They treated my house with care and gave me the full tutorial on the cause of the issues and went over all the changes. Pretty thorough review. Never felt more comfortable or confident in a service visit.

Dave Allen from Creeks Air was great during our maintenance visit. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He showed up on time, worked thoroughly, and made sure everything was checked and running properly before he left. It’s always nice when a technician is knowledgeable but also easy to talk to, and Dave was exactly that. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the quality of service he provided. I would definitely recommend Creeks Air and Dave Allen for HVAC maintenance and service.
