I had a consultation with Cindi at Crawford Law regarding a potential post-judgment modification, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the beginning, Cindi was open, honest, and incredibly straightforward with me. Rather than encouraging me to pursue costly litigation, she explained why taking my case back to court would likely not be worthwhile at this time. I greatly appreciated having an attorney who was willing to give me realistic advice rather than simply tell me what I wanted to hear. Even though we determined that pursuing a modification wasn't the right step, the consultation was extremely valuable. Cindi helped clarify some very vague language in my existing order and gave me a much better understanding of my rights and responsibilities moving forward. She reassured me that many of the steps I have already taken are appropriate, encouraged me to continue documenting carefully, and helped me feel much more confident that I am operating within the terms of my agreement while keeping my child's best interests at the center of my decisions. Ms. Crawford is blunt and forthcoming. She tells you like it is. She knows the courtroom inside and out, as well as fellow attorneys and judges. Ms. Crawford offers specific steps and counsel with conviction. I recommend her to anyone needing help with family matters. If you are a victim of domestic violence, she wants to vet you to make sure “you’re not lying,” and I think most victims don’t lie, but she is efficient once she trusts you. She held me accountable, and I like that. Thanks for your help!
When my process first began, I was entirely lost. Mrs. Crawford has gone above and beyond to help me in my case. She is honest, and genuinely cares.
