Crash Champions Collision Repair Sunbeam Rd

I was left without a vehicle for two months, they scratched my rear window so deeply it went through the tint to the glass, they put deep scratches all over the interior of my car (mainly the rear) AND even the headliner!! I took it back and they said they don’t work in the interior of the vehicle or go inside of it, mind you I went up there several times to see my vehicle completely took apart from the INSIDE. They blamed it on me saying I haul heavy loads in and out of my trunk. I just purchased this vehicle 9 months before they got ahold of it, it was in pristine condition which is why I purchased it and I only use it for commute, if I have a passenger they sit in the front seat, so why are there so many new scratches that weren’t in my left passenger door prior, that are there now? They offered to buff a few scratches off the exterior paint (which wasn’t even my main concern because they were there prior) and they left horrible swirl marks and buffed the paint right off my left passenger side door handle. This place does extremely SLOPPY work. If you have a nicer vehicle and want to take care of it PLEASE DO NOT take it here. I have to look at the ugly scratches they put all over mine every day and can’t afford to replace everything they have ruined.

Came here to get my vehicle serviced and repair after getting into a rear ended accident that THE PERSON WHO HIT ME recommended btw…. And offer to pay but decided to go hiatus and thought he could have went ghost and thought I wouldn’t find his insurance company and have the paid for it. But apart from that ridiculous stunt pull, crash champion my estimator Rafael did an excellent job on getting it repair and getting the quote to the insurance company to provide me a rental car during the time of service as well updating me on my vehicle repairs and providing documentation of what was done to my vehicle during its week stay with them.

Awesome job by Justin repairing damage from a rear end collision at a red light. Had the vehicle back before promised and flawless repair. Also, quick installation on decals when they came in. Will know who to go to if ever need them again.
