Crash Champions Collision Repair Mandarin

My car was supposed to be completed last Monday. When my husband picked it up, he found over a dozen things wrong including incorrect paint color, multiple dents, scuffs not fixed, hair and other junk under the paint, chipped paint, and new scratches (from their tools) just to name a few things. We took the car back on Wednesday and the manager told us he hoped he could have it fixed by Friday, depending on when he could get a new door (there were so many flaws, there was no hope in even fixing the door they attempted to give to us the first time). The manager looked online and said before we left that he would be able to get the door in that day. Friday came and went with no calls/updates. My husband finally called the following Monday and was told that they just got the door in. Well a phone call would have been nice! Especially since this is your shop’s fault and my car should have already been done! I still don’t have my car and still don’t have any updates of when it will be fixed. This was extremely unprofessional of the shop and manager. You would think if your shop messed up something this bad, you would be going the extra mile to make sure it is fixed correctly and fixed in a timely manner while keeping the customer informed of any issues/delays. In the end, they also popped my tire as well as caused a dent on the complete opposite side of the vehicle that now has to be repaired! Definitely wouldn’t recommend taking your car to this location!

I was so upset when I crashed my 2017 Camry and was worried the work to bring it back to its pre-collision driving capability would be impossible but Service King made me a believer! They were so nice and Angel gave me calls 2 times a week or more to update me. He is incredibly friendly and reliable. They were even nice enough to bring the car to me free of charge because I was close by. My car was finished 9 days earlier than they had estimated and I was shocked! It looks even better than it did before the crash and drives the same, it's only been 2 days driving it but so far It's wonderful. They also cleaned the inside out, which impressed me because I live on a sandy road and can never get it as clean as they did. I would recommend them to anyone for collision work 1000x over. My sister and myself were involved in a collision and our Acura was damaged but drivable. While looking for shops to repair the damage we were getting quotes of almost two months out for the Acura to be taken in, repaired and returned. Our last quote came from Service King, we met Angel from the beginning and he quoted us less than a one month turn around. Due to the delays in shipping caused by issues in the supply chain we were understanding of the length of time. Team members at Service King stayed up to date with all progress on the Acura with a quick text or call and Angel would check in every once in a while which was great. We got the text the the car was ahead of schedule and we got it back a week early. It was a job well done. The Acura was back together and looking amazing!
