I took my car in on a Monday to have the bumper fixed after being rear-ended They had enterprise all set up for me for a rental, got me in and out to get to work and got my new bumper ordered, painted and installed in only 4 days . They did a spot on job my car looks like nothing happened and I'm a very picky person when it comes to my car. They kept me up to date with all details of when it would be done and the work being done. I also can't say enough good things about the staff! Plus their work is lifetime guaranteed. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them in the future for any type of body work!
Someone pulled a hit and run on my car July 4, 2026, but Crash Champions fixed the damage with care and quickly. I would like to highly recommend them. They are ethical small business owners and care about their services and reputation. 6031 Bartholf Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32210
Excellent customer service, beyond expectations! From the minute I walked in the door to getting my car repaired and picking it up communications remained open and pleasant. My car looks great! I can understand why USAA referred us to them. Outstanding and courteous customer service was provided by Angel, aptly named, and Rick, a Marine, and fellow veteran.
Overall I’m very satisfied with Crash Champions. The work was done in a timely manner and the team was very helpful! It also appears that they washed my car which is nice. My only minor concern is the fog lamp, it’s not flush with the bumper like the one on the right, it about 1 inch behind the bumper.
I was very pleased with my experience at Crash Champions. They kept me informed about the time of my car repair and treated me with respect and kindness. Angie and Angel are wonderful! The bumper replacement was perfect! They washed my car and also returned my rental car for me. I greatly appreciate their great service, which is hard to find these days!
