Crafty Crab

Food was good. When the bill was paid was the problem. My father and daughter wanted seafood. Granted it was late 8, so this was the only option. He said the food was good just he wanted me to look at his receipt that he got. It shows a 12% gratuity added to his bill. Now the server did not tell him about it. It was not on his bill when he went up there to pay. It was on the receipt as he was leaving, so today he goes over his receipt and sees that there’s a gratuity added on there $5.70 to be exact now if he didn’t tip on top of that it would be OK but he gave the server a $13 tip on top of that so to me it’s a little crazy that the server Just let it happen when I’m a server myself. This is not OK at all NOT Ok!! Service wasn’t that great to get almost a $20 tip. As a server I tip great as long as the service is great. My father tipped $13 to me that was good for the server esp since it was more than 20%. My father and daughter were not needy and didn’t ask for much. All of this would’ve been avoided if they just would’ve said something. Not telling the customers there is a 12% gratuity added is crazy. That’s stealing to me. The lady said it was on the menu when I called to talk to them about it bc how u gonna try my daddy like that. My daddy said it wasn’t on his bill only on the receipt that he was given after he paid So they definitely lost customers bc of this. I mean let the customers decide what to tip.

2 of us came in for a lunch date. The bar had people and there was one table seated in the whole restaurant. The young lady sat us at a table and just sat down at the table behind us and played on her phone. Only one word "hello"! Not follow me, hows y'all's day, what can I get you to drink, NOTHING! It was our first time there and we walked out after sitting for about 7 minutes with noone coming to the table. Like I said there was only one other table seated..I feel like the young lady needs some training if they're going to have her seating tables and just sitting down on her phone. Sad, because the environment was good. Food smelled good. Well, from the other table. The people at the bar were having a great time. Just a bad experience for us!

The food we got was great. 👍🏿 But Wed and Fri this location have a DJ It's not a club It's a restaurant. I didn't mind the music. But the Music was so loud we could not even hear the servers voice. And on top of that, they have the nerve to charge each customer an additional 15% gratuity for the DJ. 👎🏿👎🏿 And then there were items that are listed either on the menu or on their website that they don't even have.👎🏿👎🏿 I ordered fried mushrooms for the table they'd never had fried mushrooms in fact the server was like we've never had them.👎🏿👎🏿 We're here for Business but we kept hearing about crafty crab So just like anyone who keeps hearing about places to eat. we wanted to try it, but the experience overall terrible food great. We could tell that our server was doing his best. Not enough workers my server was serving people and behind the bar making Margaritas and Drinks. For his customers plus turning in orders serving food. DON'T GO TO THE LOCATION AT 6733 103rd. St

I went to a birthday party one Friday night. I haven't been here in years mainly because I became allergic to shellfish about 6 years ago 😪. I had a great time only had one drink it was extremely strong which is a good thing other than it didn't taste at all like Crown Royal 😫! The atmosphere was like a club and it was seriously fun. I can't judge the food because I did eat but I had a great time.
