Cove Springs Roofing

i reached out to three roofing companies for an estimate on a leaking roof. Cove Springs Roofing stood out right away. roger was professional, polite, and easy to talk to. he checked the roof carefully, explained the problem in simple terms, and gave us a clear and accurate estimate without any pressure. The crew started the roofing work on time and finished as promised. everything was handled smoothly, and any questions that came up were answered quickly. our roof repair was done well, the leak issue was fixed, and the whole process felt organized and stress-free. With the hot weather and strong rain that roofs often deal with in florida, it was good to work with a team that understood what the roof needed. They have earned my repeat business, and I have already recommended their roofing services to our neighbors.

I have worked with Cove Springs Roofing for many years. During that time, they handled several roofing jobs for me, including storm-related roof and gutter repairs, replacing a poorly installed roof, and carefully installing a curved roof the right way. They also fitted a custom curved gutter, improved the installation of a skylight, put on a new flat membrane roof, and repaired a damaged chimney flue with a new crown and cap. Each project was done with skill, care, and strong attention to detail. The crew was quick to respond, professional on every job, and easy to work with from start to finish. Living in Green Cove Springs, it is important to have a roofing team that understands heavy rain, strong sun, and storm-season conditions in FL, and they clearly do. I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing dependable roofing, gutter, skylight, chimney, or flat roof work.

I had a leak around the chimney flashing on my older roof, and during the strong Florida rain the water was running down the chimney into the middle of the house. roger came out, checked the problem carefully, explained the best repair options, and gave me a fair price for the roofing work. The crew did a very professional job taking out the old flashing and some worn shingle sections, then installing custom copper flashing made for the site. They also sealed the mortar joints between the bricks to help keep the chimney watertight. The whole repair was done with real care and solid workmanship. When the job was done, they cleaned up the area extremely well and left nothing behind except a secure roof and a very satisfied customer. i was impressed with how smooth the whole process was, from inspection to final cleanup. this roofing team clearly knows chimney flashing, shingles, and leak repair, and they deliver quality work at a fair price. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof or chimney repair.

Working with Cove Springs Roofing was an excellent experience. we got an initial roof inspection within a few days, and derek’s crew came out the next morning and finished the repair fast while keeping the cost much lower than other roofing quotes we received. derek and the crew quickly found the problem areas and fixed the roof using the right materials and solid workmanship. They took the time to do the job the right way by removing the worn roofing down to the decking, replacing damaged wood decking and trim board, and installing everything properly so the roof should stay watertight. he also clearly explained the roofing issues, the repair process, and why each step mattered, which made everything easy to understand. They even handled a few small repairs, like sealing other spots they noticed during the visit, which showed great attention to detail. With the hot weather and heavy rain we often deal with, it was reassuring to have the roof repaired thoroughly and professionally. very appreciative of the honest service, quick turnaround, and quality roof work, and i would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs.
