Courtney Sutton, REALTOR

My family and I had some fairly significant 'life' changes necessitating a rather quick move. Courtney and her team were BEYOND attentive helping us find the perfect home in the exact location we were looking for. Even more than that her communication was completely on point. She kept in touch with us every step of the way literally anticipating each milestone and preparing us so there were no hiccups. Courtney is a COMPLETE professional and I would HIGHLY recommend her for any transaction. My family CANNOT thank her enough. Trust and competence are a rare thing in this day and age..............Courtney excels in all areas!!!

Courtney kept it positive during a difficult time to buy. She was quick to schedule multiple viewings and found great homes in a tough market. Most of all, she listened and showed empathy to my concerns and was always compassionate to my needs. Thank you, Courtney and Tom!

I am moving from a very far distance. Courtney has been amazing to work with. She has been very helpful and full of information. She is very responsive and willing to listen and help me find the perfect house for me.

I recently bought a home that had Courtney Bibby and Thomas Sutton as the listing agents. Communication is absolutely terrible! As for getting answers for invoices on repair requests, it’s been almost a month and I have yet to see anything. I will never buy a house that has either one of their names on it again!
