WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE COUNTRY PLACE MORTAGE Please do not use this company for your mortgage loan. They string things out to the last minute and then want to add an unbelievable amount of money up front. They drag you along through the process to the point they think they have you in a position where you can't back out and start adding extra money on the end request. They told me I had a deadline by July 19 to accept the loan agreement because this loan was no longer available after this date. I got the paperwork 5 days before the deadline and had to make a decision. The paperwork was $54K added on to the previous loan amount at closing. They are the worst people to deal with as they do not return calls, emails or answer questions. They can't get the numbers right when asking for your money. Three months later and I had to go with another loan company. In the end we where ask to come up with $54k addition money at closing. Originally the closing cost was $8k. I truly think these people can't add, subtract or even use a calculator. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL LOAN SEEKERS!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY---DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AT COUNTRY PLACE MORTGAGE

Great team! Great service! We had a great experience with Country Place. Lonn A., Joy, and Ashley were all fantastic. They were very good at advising the best loan options as well as clearly sharing what the process would entail. Their closing agents from Talon Title were equally as efficient and the lines of communication were always open even down to the last detail. Lonn, thank you so much for your patience with our unique situation. We would certainly recommend you and the team in the future.
