Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jacksonville - Orange Park

I would not recommend staying here unless cleanliness standards improve significantly. I understand this is a budget hotel, and I wasn’t expecting luxury but cleanliness should always be the number one priority for a healthy and safe place to stay. Unfortunately, the room was not clean and needs serious attention. The rugs/carpet need to be replaced because they were dirty and worn. The microwave and refrigerator were also not clean and looked like they had not been properly maintained. Overall, the condition of the room made me uncomfortable. No matter the price of the hotel, guests should be able to expect a clean and sanitary environment. I hope management improves their housekeeping and updates these issues for future guests.

This place was a lifesaver. After my grandmother was transported from Georgia to the hospital nearby in the middle of the night, my husband and I needed a place to stay. At 1:30 am we walked in and asked if there was a room available. The staff was helpful and we were able to get a room. After a long stressful day this was like a safe haven for a peaceful rest. Super grateful for this establishment. 10/10

Staff was very nice and welcoming, but My stay here was not a good one I didn't even stay the full night, the room smelled, the floor in room was so dirty/slippery my socks turned black. I had to adjust the room temp due to the moisture in the room, not a safe area, The room was not cleaned very well and smelled of mold or mildew. Won't be staying there ever again

Mymymy, the staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Let me not forget they had my favorite soft chocolate chip cookies. And the price was gentle on our budget. A little get away with hot tub and outdoor pool was worth every penny. I thank them for putting a smile on my daughter's face, who is fighting lung cancer and etc. Godspeed to the staff.
