I've been a customer for 27 years. They've been good to me over the years - however I've been trying to reach them for the past 2 weeks & they won't return my calls! I've left over a dozen messages & emails .... NOTHING!! I realize things happen - but 2 weeks with no response!? No customer deserves this kind of treatment. They still take my money every month!
Have tried calling the office number for days on end and he never answers the phone. This is not like he is on vacation, this has been going on for some time. Suggest maybe looking elsewhere, because if the $h!+ hits the fan and you need to reach your agent, good luck. i just wanted to get a quote, but again, never answers the phone.
Chris always goes above and beyond! Would definitely refer him to anyone!
