A True Asset to The Cottages – Max is Exceptional! Max is hands-down the most reliable and skilled maintenance professional I’ve ever met. Every time a request comes in, he responds quickly, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right the first time. What really sets Max apart is his pride in his work—he doesn’t just fix problems, he makes sure everything is better than before. He’s professional, courteous, and treats residents with genuine respect. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger project, Max approaches it with the same level of care and attention to detail. It’s clear he takes ownership in keeping The Cottages a safe, comfortable, and beautiful place to live. The Cottages is lucky to have someone like Max on the team—he’s the reason maintenance here is second to none!
Ms. Jackson is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is very responsive to requests for service. Mr. Max is reliable and efficient as well as creative in getting the job done. Josepha is a lovely women and a meticulous housekeeper. We recommend BluWater to friends and colleagues because of these people in addition to the apartment.
Nothing but good things to say about The Cottages at North Beach – we moved here sight unseen 5 years ago from New York City and The Cottages at North Beach has exceeded our expectations and continuously does. I would like to acknowledge how appreciative we are of everyone at the Cottages at North Beach, specifically Max, from the maintenance team is fantastic— always kind, responsive, and quick to handle anything that comes up. We’re lucky to have him here. The office team is just as great! They truly care about the residents. Cottages at North Beach is a great place to live and very happy here.
Absolutely love this neighborhood! Area is super clean, neighbors are friendly, the private gate not only makes me feel safe but also gives a secluded type of feel. The outside area is always clean, never any trash on the ground and pet owners pick up after their animals. We have also lived at their sister property BluWater and both places are wonderful. The team is exceptional, any time we need anything (which is hardly) I know we can reach out to Angelina the leasing manager at anytime and she always takes care of us right away! This place is perfect and we love living here!
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Jennifer McNamara for her exceptional service as a leasing consultant at the Cottages At North Beach in Atlantic Beach Florida. Jennifer‘s unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residence has made a significant impact on our community. From the moment I first met you in February, 2021, I was struck by your professionalism, warmth, and genuine desire to assist residents in anyway possible. You always go above, and beyond to ensure that our needs are met, and your proactive approach to addressing concerns and seeking feedback is truly commendable.
