Coral Palms at Oakleaf

Amber is the amazing Community Manager of this new community. She was amazing from start to finish. I never felt pressured. Initially I scheduled to view the smaller model but she suggested seeing the bigger model as well. She was responsive to my emails and honestly had great customer service all around. The community is a nice area and not too far from the shopping center in Oakleaf.

These townhomes are gorgeous and feel like home. I am so happy with our choice to move here. The staff is amazing! Whitney and Amber have been for every question and need since before we decided to apply! This place is perfect!

The community is beautiful and can not wait for the ammenities to be completed as it will just be a *chefs kiss* but honestly the best part is Amber and Whitney. From touring the townhomes to making us feel at home ultimately sold me on moving here. They were so helpful and accommodating to our family. Our kids were hesistant about moving but after seeing the townhomes and meeting them they have not stopped talking about moving in. This place is a gem and I highly recommend you at the very least give it a tour !

From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Searching for a home can be stressful, especially as a parent trying to find the right place for yourself and your child, but she made the entire experience feel seamless and welcoming. She took the time to understand my needs, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was just another application. Instead, she made me feel valued as a person and as a family looking for a place to call home. What stood out most was her honesty and transparency. She was straightforward regarding rates, policies, and expectations, which made the decision-making process much easier. Her knowledge of the property was exceptional, and she genuinely took pride in helping me select a townhome that best fit my needs while ensuring everything aligned with community policies and guidelines. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Whenever I had questions, she responded quickly, professionally, and with patience. Once I submitted all required documentation and followed the application instructions, my application was approved in less than 24 hours, which speaks volumes about the efficiency of the team. I would also like to recognize the property manager, who continued working diligently to assist the leasing office even while out of the office. That level of dedication and commitment to residents and prospective residents does not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. In today’s world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but the team at Coral Palms delivered exactly that. Their professionalism, responsiveness, compassion, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process into a positive and memorable experience. Corporate leadership should be incredibly proud to have employees who represent the community at such a high level. This team deserves recognition for the outstanding work they do every day.
