CORA Physical Therapy St. Johns

I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Cora Physical Therapy St Johns for everything they’ve done to help me improve my SI joint and overall mobility. From day one, they’ve not only focused on treatment but have always been willing to listen and offer thoughtful ideas for any other joint pain or discomfort I’ve been dealing with. I’ve had experiences with other physical therapists in the past that felt pretty lackluster and didn’t really help me make progress, which makes the care I’ve received here stand out even more. The difference has been night and day. What really sets them apart is the encouragement they give along the way. As I’ve worked on losing weight and increasing my walking distance, they’ve been right there cheering me on, celebrating progress, and keeping me motivated when I needed it most. A special thank you to my PTs, Joanna and Alexis. Their care, dedication and positivity have made such a difference in my journey. I truly can’t thank them enough for helping me get moving again and feeling like myself.

I was referred to Cora for pre- and post-shoulder surgery physical therapy. My surgeon told me it would be a long recovery period with extensive PT, and the team at Cora has been nothing short of amazing. I had many questions and worries throughout the process, and they were always kind and patient. After six months, I’m right on track with my recovery. I have recommended—and will continue to recommend—Cora to friends and family because they truly stand out above other facilities I’ve been to throughout this process, both in professionalism and quality of physical therapy.

When I first came in, I couldn’t lift my arm. 8 weeks later I’m back in the gym and my arm feels much better and I have full range of motion. I was out of town for several weeks and I used the workouts that they gave me on the app. It was a great experience.
