Nic is a fantastic therapist and explains everything plus sets you up with home exercises on the app. Very knowledgeable and personable. Alex is great running the front desk, setting up appts and following up with insurance issues. They are a great team!

Amazing results from this PT! I am from out of town but stayed in the area for CORA after an emergency surgery. I shattered my shoulder recently and the therapists were able to get me back to my regular self months faster than the average injury. They not only came up with a plan to help me reach my goals but they constantly checked in at my appointments to listen to what my body needed each day. Someone said “you healed quickly you must have had a good surgeon” and to that I say I had good physical therapy.

I had the pleasure of undergoing PT at the Fleming Island location with Mr. Nick, PT, Mr. Flavia PTA and Ms. Alex, Secretary/CC, are a great team. They are all professional, compassionate and easy going individuals that care. Ms.Alex was flexible with my work schedule; when it changed , she accommodated me in a calm and friendly manner and kept abreast of visits/sessions. Mr. Flavia, PTA is calm, friendly and approachable. Mr. Flavia would provide encouragement throughout the exercise. Mr. Nick, PT , is empathetic, listens and recalls when a particular exercise/activity aggravated a body part and would change up the exercise regimen to allow for a good PT session and provide recommendations. I was apprehensive at first because where I work (in patient rehab), there are wonderful and outstanding excellent PT's, and PTA 's ( OT's, OTA's and Speech and Nurses). I am blessed to know my co-worker Mr. Tim, PT and now Mr. Nick as outstanding PT's. It is evident he truly cares for your best interest. They are a wonderfu, friendly team that will have you 😊. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at CORA Physical Therapy. The staff there is top notch and so very welcoming! Nick listened to my concerns and created a program tailored to my needs and goals. I had developed a very significant shoulder impingement as the result of a cycling accident and it dramatically affected my tennis life. My inability to raise my hand much above my shoulder without significant pain really reduced my ability to compete at the highest levels of the sport I love. Nick watched, listened, and modified my therapy as needed to give me the greatest efficacy in my treatment. As a result of my work at CORA, I’ve now regained my range of motion in my shoulder and can compete without fear of pain. Thank you so very much, Nick, and all the team at CORA Physical Therapy!!!
