So, my truck was towed there after an accident for the adjuster to look at. It was then released to the body shop for repair, in the meantime they went through my whole truck including personal paperwork and cleaned it out. They put stuff in large clear bags and stole some of my new rear break lights as well as my new back up lights. They trough out other items as well, not sure how they have any legal rights. Guess I will contact a lawyer and get to the bottom of it. They need to get with the insurance companies before they take things into their own hands! Not happy...
Last year my truck was totaled lost and it got sent to copart Jacksonville . I was told none of my things would be messed with but when I got up to get my things all of it had been through and also shit was missing. I told the people at the desk and they were no help at all it’s bullshit ! Copart is trash I will be making bad reviews about yall !
I got the check and went to the bank to cash it , the Bank said the check is not good yet and it will take a few more hours to cash it. That's something you should tell people when you cut them a check. Waisted time and gas 😡
Came to get my license plate off a totaled car. The staff was very helpful and fast. Gave her my info and she did her thing on the computer , went and got in under 10 mins.
They are a scam and if you try to not use them and you don’t disable off of their member site, they will annually charge you $99 even if you ask them to cancel it. You have to personally go and cancel it which they don’t tell you that so they can rob you of money. Customer service was terrible and did not help at all and of course they are supervisor was not there.
