Dr. Wands is great! Willing to help navigate my complex chronic illnesses. My only complaint is when you call in you cannot reach the office directly, it goes to a call center and it takes forever to make an appointment. They need to have a direct number that you can reach the actual office for Amelia Island!!
I was so frustrated with the old dr.wanted to change providers. Glad I waited. Conviva bought the practice. I saw Dr. Sapida. I love her. She is attentive. Her follow-up is impeccable. I have trust in my primary care again. Thank you. This is how it's supposed to be.
MIL loves her Dr. If you can get through. Been on hold for 2 hours this morning. Unsatisfactory! Update: now 2.5 hours on hold. Unreal!
So wonderful to know when a genuine concern for my mother’s health is valued. Not only is Dr. Sapida amazing but the Office personnel including Charity is extremely helpful.
