Conviva Senior Primary Care

I recently had my first visit to this location. I needed to start a relationship with my new primary care doctor(doctor Mathison). I walked into the office not one person greeted me or lifted there heads from the screens. I filled out my new patient paperwork and about 10 minutes after my appointment time I was called back. The nurse was professional but not warm or fuzzy. Then a man came in not doctor Mathison, a pa I think . He asked questions and did a minor exam, listened to my heart, lungs and checked to see if my ankles where swollen. I told him what my concerns where and how I was feeling. I went in to the office scared and I left just as scared and no real course of action. He felt the area on my back and said yes something is there, but didn't scheduled anything other than blood work and come back in a month for results. The area of concern never bothered me until 2 months ago( I had a lump for 6 years) but never knew it was there. Then 2 months ago it all changed and the pain got worse as the weeks went on. I told the doctor my pain was at an 8 but mostly a 19 all day long., his response was take extra strength Tylenol or a lidocaine patch. Gee thanks for caring. I would like a person from the office or better yet the corporate office to contact me. I have serious reservations about the care or lack there of I am receiving from this location.

On June 10, 2026 I called the office several times speaking to call center reps telling them my dilemma , who was trying to assist me in getting me an appointment to be seen as a walk In, I was denied service both times with the call representative stating that the front office stating that they are busy, and I was following protocol, I was always told before you go to the hospital or ER come to the office but I was denied service which led me being hospitalized 6/10/2026 through 6/12/2026 I was having headaches going on the third day now, trying to be able to be seen but was denied, I was suffering from toxic sewer gases from the school where I was assigned as a foster grandparent for summer school and not knowing the severity of these gases, the last call representative that I spoke with said that someone would call me in about 3 hrs but someone called in about 45 mins but I was unable to get to the phone in time to answer so I called right back and the call center said that someone would be calling me back and I never received that call. With me being poisoned with toxic gases and being denied to be seen at CONVIVA Normandy has really affected me mentally and I have held it all in and it is imperative that I release it here and when I returned for my follow up from being released from the hospital on 6/16/2026 and I brought up to the front desk and to Dr. Perbluda it was seemed to be a passive thing but it has affected me. Thank you.

Have enjoyed being a part of the activities center with our coordinator Cynthia Roberts. She has taught us alot, like Spanish, Sign language, has set up Exercise programs and many more programs. It is a pleasure to have her bring her knowledge and share it with us.

If I can give this place a zero I would. What a waist of time and we even had an appointment. They definitely don't have their stuff together, first off my first time coming here and it'll be the last time! It's so bad when one of the workers even agreed with me when i said y'all don't even have it together. Second of all don't try to run game on me, I know I'm in medical field myself. Get y'all company together. Y'all one of them Fake it till you make it type!!!!
