My care giver was so amazing. Ms Sheldon and i want to thank the best Mr. Efren the best guy that draw blood and get the blood the first time every time. These two peoples have always been caring and showing support. Love you guys .
After becoming a new patient, the Conviva staff decided I needed a physical which resulted in a bill. Despite my concern about the physical being performed too soon, following my previous Medicare Wellness exam and sure enough, Medicare denied payment. Now, Centerwell is demanding payment even though the Conviva staff informed me they would write off the bill and I could ignore the bills. I feel this is a very poor way to conduct business and I’m not sure who I should believe. Additionally, Centerwell called me at 8 pm seeking their payment and they claim the clinic doesn’t have authority to write off a bill. I cannot recommend Conviva as a place that has the patient’s best interest. I’ve had communication with several “new patients” at Conviva and physical exams were not part of their intake plan.
Pauline at the front is a wonderful first impression. They are so very nice and even tried to fit me in when I showed up a week early. Highly recommend.
I thought this practice (and Dr. Tangeda) were outstanding until I had an acute need, called and left several messages, and no one ever returned my calls. This was so counter to their insistence when I was enrolling that they would always be available! I was so disappointed when they did not keep that promise and pledge! After that gross disappointment, I never returned to the office. And no one has ever called to find out what happened to me, an 83 year old patient!!!
This Conviva SanJose is great doctor T take the time explain things to me carefully. Staff is wonderful as well Pauline helping me with transportation. 5 stars
