Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Germain. She genuinely cared to get to know me as a patient and as a person. She was pleasant and did not seem rushed. Woman at check in and check out were congenial and helpful. I look forward to a long lasting relationship there!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care When It Mattered Most! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Germain and her incredible team. I recently came in with a severe case of food poisoning and Dr. Germain was absolutely spot on with her treatment plan. She was cautious, caring and compassionate; but took an aggressive and proactive approach that truly saved me from what could have been a life-changing medical situation. Knowing she is a woman of faith makes me trust in her completely and I Always feel safe and secure in her care. The Staff is Amazing: The entire team is always kind and incredibly responsive. A special shoutout to Alex at the front desk. Her kindness and the offer of a much needed hug genuinely made my day when I was feeling my absolute worst. EVERYONE from the front desk to Dr Yssa was welcoming & approachable. Even though it was my 1st visit, I didn't feel like I was just NEXT on Dr Yssa's schedule. She wanted to get to KNOW me as a person. That's very refreshing, & I think it helps any doctor in deciding a patient's best treatment. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience!

The Activities Center is The Best place to go for Seniors at Beach Conviva!!! The connection found there is Great!! Kristin has games, activities, speakers on a variety of subjects!! Always something fun to do!!! Dr's Germain & Syed are Most EXCELLENT physicians!!! Very knowledgeable & friendly!! Spend quality time with their patients and make you feel heard & cared about!!!
