Everything seems great when you call to sign up then I noticed my payment was due earlier than what I was told when I signed up. When I called wanting answers I was treated very bad by the woman that works there and she hung up and started texting all kind of crazy stuff. They will no longer answer or explain why they won't give money back. THey wont answer or explain and I was texted back and told me to stop calling and call the carrier directly. I don't think an innocent person would avoid explaining why I am not getting my refund when I canceled insurance. AVOID at all cost!!!
Mr. Harvey is hands down the best, he went above and beyond to get me the best policy. Mr. Harvey saved me $800 on my 6 month policy. Thank you so much for all your help
