CSI did our building envelope evaluation two years ago and identified widespread sealant failures and flashing deficiencies. They helped us scope the repairs and reviewed the contractor bids so we were not overpaying. Now they are overseeing the remediation work and reviewing every pay application before we release a dollar. It is like having an engineer in your corner who actually cares whether the work gets done right. Our project manager is on top of everything.
We have been working with CSI for many years. Their attention to detail and job oversight has helped our projects run smoothly. Whenever we have a question about condominium waterproofing, concrete repairs, stucco and EIFS repairs, we always start with CSI’s recommendations. The whole team at CSI has been a pleasure to work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their expertise.
The president & CEO himself reached out to me to make sure I got the help & expert guidance I needed. That shows the dedication, excellence, and personal touch this company offers when you need it.
