CONIE’S ICE CREAM

We love Conies! Every time I bring my family Audrey takes great care of us. Ezra was also a great help as he got our orders ready while we were finishing up payment. Great team and great ice cream!

Cones ice cream is absolutely delicious. The girl at the counter sucks tho. I was trying to ask how their banana split works cause it comes in a cup, not a boat. I was trying to see what flavors, how many flavors and what comes on. It was like pulling teeth. I got a kids banana split and said no pineapple and she states "it all comes mixed in together". Now I have to ask, you don't have just strawberries? She says yes. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Listen, I work in customer service and it felt like I was dealing with a customer. Anyway, the cup is super small which is expected for a kids banana split, but at the same time those prices are a little bit high. I won't complain about them too much cause the quality and taste of the ingredients are superb and I would rather pay a little extra for fresh ingredients. Ice cream: Awesome Price: A little higher than expected but worth it. Atmosphere: very nice and clean. Customer service: She was in no way rude, she just needs to be trained a lot more on what her job is. It's not just sitting there pressing buttons and serving ice cream. She is suppose to be able to explain how this works and what flavors and options are available. Maybe answer questions in full sentences instead of expecting the customer to guide her in the direction of the answer.

The staff is always friendly and patient. The owners are big into supporting the community. The serving sizes are generous, and the prices are great. We've never had a flavor we didn't like and there are so many options for toppings. Their dairy free options, which are pre-made and in the standing freezers, are tasty, and we also enjoyed the different ice cream sandwiches. The shop itself is relatively small and seating is outside.
