Nurse Dana is truly exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond in caring for my mom, attending not only to her medical needs but also to her needs as a person. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine concern mean more than words can express during these difficult times. We are incredibly grateful for her.

My total right hip replacement has been challenging and since I came home from rehab and started hhc all of the staff with confident care have been amazing. Confident Care was amazing throughout by recovery from hip surgery. They were friendly, professional, and caring. They always followed through with their set appointments and managed my security system to my building well. I have to give a special shout out to Agatha my pt. She was a joy to work with, firm but very supportive. She always took the time to listen to what I was saying and would adjust my workout on the spot to address my concerns. As we progressed in my pt adding new options she always followed up with me the next day to make sure I was ok. Because of her I am back to normal and getting around quite well. Thank you Agatha.

Agatha is simply the best. I came to Agatha in one of the most difficult moments of my life. After two major surgeries following a serious blood clot episode I was walking with a walker and could barely extend my legs. I honestly did not know what my recovery was going to look like. From day one Agatha met me exactly where I was. She never rushed me, never made me feel limited, and every single session she found a way to push me just a little further than the session before. That consistency and that belief in my progress made all the difference. We started with the most basic movements and by our last session together I was doing lunges and squats. That kind of progress does not happen without an exceptional therapist guiding every step of the way. What sets Agatha apart is not just her clinical skill but who she is as a person. She is kind, professional, encouraging, and genuinely fun to work with. She made sessions feel less like rehabilitation and more like working with someone who was truly invested in seeing you get better. That matters more than people realize when you are recovering from something serious. I also have to mention that my dogs absolutely adored her and the feeling was mutual. That tells you everything about the kind of warm and genuine person she is.
