We were recommended to Conceirge Care from Baptist hospital and hope to find time to tell them to stop doing so. We had so many extra problems added to our family’s lives by using this company. We turned to them at our weakest point and could not count on them for help. There were many days that they’d wouldn’t show up, came late or sent someone that absolutely should not be in this field. My brother and I had to call out of work so many times due to this company failing us. So much money was spent on unreliable, unsafe circumstances. I highly recommend skipping over this company.
Concierge Care Home Health was amazing! They took such great care of my grandfather during a tough time before he moved into a facility. Every nurse was kind, caring, and went above and beyond. We’re so grateful for their help and support!
Realizing my mother could not take care of my stepfather 24/7, I had to find something quickly and Concierge Care did not disappoint. They were able to step in immediately with professional caregivers to help my mother and our family. The caregivers were so wonderful that my stepfather quickly preferred them versus family, LOL. I would not hesitate to call them again when I have a need again.
Concierge Care does an amazing job! They take amazing care of our residents and they go above and beyond for the Windsor Pointe community. Jennifer James is a pleasure to work with and outstanding at what she does. We are truly lucky and blessed to have her in our community.
I am beyond grateful for the care my mother received from Concierge Care after a recent hospital stay. The CNAs and HHAs who helped her were knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and very professional in every aspect of their caretaking. Our family feels she was able to recover and get her strength back much more quickly in her own home with such personalized high quality care. Everyone at Concierge Care was amazing. They were very flexible and worked with our schedule and every shift or partial shift was filled as we needed. Concierge Care absolutely exceeded our expectations.
