They have been compassionate, courteous, professional. It really was everything we were needing. We are so thankful for Miss Sherry her and my mother hit it off so well and it’s really nice. Gives mom a feeling of friendship and a compassionate caregiver.
As the Director of Resident Services in an independent living community, my role is to help our residents remain as independent as possible for as long as possible. Over the years, I’ve learned that as we all age, sometimes our residents need a little extra support — whether that’s an escort to an appointment or simply some companionship. For the past eight years, I’ve partnered with Concierge Care, and they have consistently been exceptional. My main contact, Rachel Ray Haynie, is truly amazing. She’s always responsive, attentive, and genuinely listens — not only to me but to the individual needs of each resident. Whenever I need assistance arranging new services, help coordinating care, or helping with an event in the Community Rachel and her team are always there. I can’t say enough good things about Concierge Care. They’ve been a reliable and compassionate partner every step of the way.

Concierge Care has been such a blessing for our family. Every person we interacted with was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about her well-being. They made an overwhelming situation feel manageable and gave us peace of mind. Their compassion and guidance brought comfort during one of the hardest times, and I’m so grateful for everything they did for my mom and for us.
Rachael has been a huge blessing in the private duty side of things for patients returning home post SNF care. She has been in this line of work long enough to know exactly what each family needs. She is patient, kind, informative, and friendly. She visits often and always ensures our staff is aware of any changes, new policies, new services. She is wonderful!!
