had the worst experience with this doctor I had in my life, Dr. Loveless have no compassion or empathy for her patient or maybe the black community patient my pain, my injuries. My suffering was disregard by her. This is the first time I ever met her. I have been dealing with another doctor in the facility she just came at me so boldly telling me my injuries sense, the pieces are not there, to the facts she stated what I was going through with mild wasn't as worse as I was saying it she left out a lot of details of my MRI she downplay it She never told me that I could have a partial tear elbow, MRI was showing swelling/edema and trace of fluid in a area and ect, despite the severe pain and swelling and discomfort, my arm was in she sent me to do physical therapy, when you would think a doctor would send you to a specialist to confirm that tear in your arm, I feel like this doctor is making a bad situation worse by not sending me to someone to confirm findings of my MRI this is a person that's working with Work comp this is the doctor they sent me to you don't have a choice, other than recommending another doctor that they still is going to send you too, I was not scheduled to see this doctor. I was scheduled to see Doctordr.yardi which I never seen, Dr. Loveless came in and it was the worst experience ever as I'm telling her I just want help. I just wanna get better. She told me if I was uncomfortable with what she was saying I can go to another doctor, so rudely she didn't care about medication that I already been on from my PCP she dismissed my past medical history and why I was on the medication that I have been on over the years. She stated she was only concerned about what she is giving me. But turned around and prescribe me the same medicine that I told her I was already on from my PCP. Besides that experience with her, I think the clinic is wonderful. The people is very nice. But this doctor is very loveless.
Staff is sweet but the amount of time it takes for a simple physical is insanity. I waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours before even stepping foot to the back. Once I got my blood pressure checked, I was told to go back to the waiting room because they didn’t have a room available for me to go into. I waited another 45 minutes until I was put in a room. Once in the room I waited another 45 minutes to even see the physician. The poor time management needs to be corrected and they need more physicals.
I definitely recommend clearing some time out of your schedule or showing up right when they open because there may be some extended wait times depending on why you are there. At first, I was a bit frustrated because it seemed to take a while (I was there for a physical and preemployment drug screening). Once I was calling to the back, Brett R. Created me kindly and started moving through the process very quickly. He was very jovial and funny and made the experience about as good as it can be. The main thing that got me was seeing how quickly everyone was actually moving in the back they are very to the point, yet very friendly. They definitely do not like to waste anyone’s time. Overall, it was a great experience for this type of visit. Solid team effort!
I was greeted by both ladies as I came in. The lady was so nice who checked me in. I didn’t wait but about 10 min. The man that took my sample was kind and efficient. Then when I left they wished me a good rest of my day. They did that with everyone. It was a great experience.
I had an excellent experience. The staff were professional, helpful, and treated everyone with respect. I really appreciated how they managed priorities while still taking the time to assist people. Thank you to the entire team for the great service
