Concentra Urgent Care

All the ladies were very nice. I came in about 30-45 minutes before closing for random drug screening for my job without an appointment. They said the day had been extremely busy being school just started back. But they were able to get me right in and out. For that I was very appreciative.

Front desk lady was nice. The facility was clean. The nurse who actually assisted me did not have great customer service. I guess she was annoyed that I wanted to read the form she asked me to sign. She leaned on the counter and stared at me while I was reading, like I was an inconvenience to her. She did not smile, and everything she said was scripted. Even the hello sounded fake.

Horrible service! It literally takes way too long to complete an employee drug screening! I waited like two hours! Why should one have to make an appointment for a drug screening, I mean, come on! Once I said something, I was the NEXT to be called back, was half greeted by the Tech with no personality, she was white, btw, and FINALLY completed my screening! They also need not put WELL people with SICK people!

My overall experience with my last visit it was not great. First thing, I was not greeted by the person.Behind the desk in the physical therapy side. I was just told to have a seat, and that was it. Once I got with the physical therapist, everything was fine. Once my visit with the physical therapist was over, I had to interact with the person behind the desk, and her attitude was horrible. I was trying to get instructions on getting a ride back to my residence. I was met with a bad attitude and resistance. I had to go to the front desk to talk to the personnel up there.
